The Spearit Super Speargun Shock Cord is handmade with heavy duty 1/2 od x 1/4 id latex tubing, over twice the rubber used in most stock shockcords / bungees and a shock absorbing 6 inches of stretch to prevent tearouts and bring a charging monster to a softer stop.
